COVID-19 Update for Northern Beaches ENT(“NBENT”) as at 28th July, 2021

​

  • PLEASE NOTE - It is mandatory for all patients attending Northern Beaches ENT for a face to face consultation to have a covid test if they have upper respiratory symptoms or have had possible covid contact. Please do not come unless you have a negative test. Telehealth consultations can be arranged if you prefer. Covid testing for all patients attending Pittwater Day Surgery is also mandatory. Tests need to be done 72 hours prior to planned admission time, please bring negative test results at the time of admission.

  • GENERAL RESTRICTIONS - If you are suffering from any upper respiratory symptoms or a fever DO NOT enter the facility.

 

  • ENTRY TO OUR PREMISES – Only Patients and staff will be allowed entry to NBENT. For a paediatric patient only one parent will be allowed entry to accompany the child. NO SIBLINGS are allowed into the premises.

 

  • MASKS - Mask wearing is mandatory for ALL staff and patients until further notice

 

  • SCREENING – Please be aware of the current ‘hot spots’ as indicated on the NSW Health Website and follow the instructions. DO NOT enter the facility if there is any indication that you could be a close or casual contact of COVID-19.

 

  • TEMPERATURE CHECK  - All staff and patients entering the facility will have their Temperature taken on arrival.

 

  • QR Code – All patients and staff are required to check in and check out using the QR code provided.

 

  • SOCIAL DISTANCING- All patients and staff are to practice social distancing at all times.
